Day 1: Arrive Nairobi
Welcome to Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital city. After clearing and immigration formalities you will be met and transferred to the Fairmont Norfolk Hotel one of Kenya’s oldest hotel which has played a leading role in Kenya's colorful history and continues to be Nairobi's finest and best-known hotel.
Lunch and or dinner under own arrangement.

Day 2: Mount Kenya
After breakfast your driver will be waiting to take you to the Mountain Lodge a ‘tree hotel’ built on the slopes of Kenya’s legendary Mount Kenya. You will arrive in time for a delicious lunch. Sit in stillness and observe the fascinating interplay of the animals as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole. You may also venture down to the secret viewing hide by the water’s edge and experience the awesome thrill of being only meters away from some of the most massive beasts on earth. Meal plan is fullboard.

Day 3: Samburu
Today after breakfast, we drive to Samburu a harsh and savagely beautiful wilderness that depends on the steady flow of Uaso Nyiro River for its existence. Two overnights will be spent at Samburu Lodge beautifully situated on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River. Have lunch and a siesta.
This afternoon we experience the thrill of your first game drive in Samburu. With its vivid colors and contrasts between sky, bush and sand, the park is a photographer's paradise and home also to the proud and handsome Samburu tribe. Meal plan is full board.

Day 4: Samburu
Activities on offer daily include stirring early morning and late afternoon game drives to discover this dramatic wilderness first hand and fascinating encounters with Samburu’ s "Special Five," called that because they're only found north of the equator: the reticulated giraffe, long-necked gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Grevy's zebra and the beisa oryx. Overnight will be at the lodge on a full board meal plan.

Day 5: Sweetwater’s
Tonight we stay at the Sweetwater’s Tented Camp, set in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy at the foot of Mount Kenya. As one of only four private game reserves in Kenya, this area provides privileged seclusion and private game viewing. The Camp offers a charming blend of under canvas ambiance and comfort and it has long been the preferred retreat of wilderness and safari lovers alike. A watering hole close to your tent draws giraffe for a cool morning drink, an unforgettable sight from your own private verandah. This is one of the largest sanctuaries in East Africa for the endangered black rhino and the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzee. An afternoon safari drive from the camp takes you across the extensive savannah grasslands, a terrain favored by elephant. Meal plan is full board.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru
Today we drive through some of the most exciting scenery giving you an unrivalled view of the majestic Great Rift Valley. Our destination is Lake Nakuru National Park with its huge concentrations of flamingos that inhabit the shallow, alkaline lake, along with the Marabou Stork and pelican. Scout the magnificent yellow-barked acacia trees for the elusive napping leopards. Look for incredible wildlife, such as the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe, white and black rhino, lion, buffalo, hippo, waterbuck and baboon.
Accommodation will be at the Flamingo Hill Camp whose en suite guest tents are decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, and wrought iron and crisp cottons. In the afternoon a game drive will be provided in the park. Meal plan is full board.

Day 7: Masai Mara
Our destination today is the jewel in Africa's crown, the Mara host to the most spectacular array of wildlife, which are constantly changing as the plains game follows ancient migration routes under the watchful eyes of the lion, leopard and cheetah that prey on the vulnerable. Three overnights will be at the Mara Serena Lodge situated on a hill overlooking the 1,800 square kilometers of rolling plains of the Maasai Mara. The lodge blends into its surroundings and reflects the lifestyle of the local Maasai people through the use of narrative materials, decorations and the style resembling a traditional Maasai manyatta. There will be time to relax after lunch. This afternoon you enjoy your first game viewing drive in the Mara where you will hopefully enjoy seeing all the animals known as the “big Five”.
Meal plan is full board.

Day 8 & 9: Masai Mara
Game viewing is never dull in the Mara, and patience is often rewarded with unique sightings, such as a pride of lion stalking their prey, a solitary leopard retrieving its kill from the high branches of an acacia tree or a herd of elephant. Spend exciting days driving across the limitless plains in search of wildlife in one of Kenya's most spectacular areas. This vast, open space is like nowhere else on earth; merely to be here is to be inspired. Meal plan is full board.

Day 10: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Depart
You have an option for an early game drive before breakfast. We drive back to Nairobi to arrive in the afternoon ( lunch is extra) If time allows we will enjoy a complimentary dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant after which an evening transfer will be provided to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
